1 room of 12m² in Zurich

We are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely WG in Zurich Wollishofen. The room is in a charming old villa, only 3 minutes from the lake – perfect for an after-work swim in summer. Supermarkets and shops are within a 5-minute walk, and Zurich HB can be reached in around 15 minutes by tram. You would be joining a 5-person shared flat and taking over the room of our beloved flatmate Alex. Most of us have been living here for more than 3 years, and over time this place has truly become a home. We all have our own routines and jobs, but we enjoy living together and sharing the space beyond just being flatmates. Our backgrounds are quite varied – we work in academia, finance, start-ups, and other fields – and we value a friendly, easy-going, and respectful atmosphere at home. Depending on everyone’s schedule, we enjoy spending time together: having a BBQ in the garden, going for a swim at the lake, or chatting around the large open kitchen with its lake view. We are looking for someone who would fit well into this vibe: ideally 28+, working, mature, independent, and happy to be part of a home rather than just rent a room. We appreciate people who are open, considerate, and sociable, while also respecting each other’s space and busy schedules.
