We are looking to swap our beautiful 2.5 room apartment for something bigger., The apartment is on the first floor of a 3 year old building. It’s got a great layout, with a large open plan kitchen and living area, plus a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The flat itself is 62m sq and there is a 5.2m sq balcony overlooking peaceful green space, from which you can enjoy the sunset. The large private cellar compartment houses a washer and dryer., The location is on the quiet end of very popular Bertastrasse, which is lined with blossom in Spring and has many cute cafes and bars., We are looking for something which ticks all the boxes of our current flat (modern kitchen & bathroom, peaceful location, dog friendly) but ideally with min 3.5 rooms and on a higher floor. We really aren’t in a rush to move, so are very flexible in terms of timing, for us it’s all about finding the place worth leaving this one for.
