We are renting out our high-quality and light-filled 4.5 room apartment in the popular Lucerne district of Würzenbach for approximately 12 months. The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area and is ideal for a single person, a couple, or a family looking for a modern temporary home. The apartment was extensively renovated one year ago and impresses with an open, contemporary living concept. The spacious living room with an open kitchen offers plenty of space for living and enjoying, and leads directly to the large balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features high-quality appliances as well as all cooking and dining utensils. In addition to the spacious master bedroom, two further bright bedrooms are available. All rooms feature large window fronts, ensuring plenty of natural light and a pleasant living atmosphere. The apartment offers two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A separate laundry room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. A high-speed internet connection is included in the rental price. The location combines tranquility with excellent infrastructure. Directly next to the development are forests, meadows, and numerous walking paths, parks, and playgrounds. Shopping facilities such as Migros and a bakery are reachable within a few minutes' walk. The bus stop is only a three-minute walk away, and Lake Lucerne can be reached in about 13 minutes on foot. Upon request, a parking space can be rented for CHF 90 per month. We are looking for a responsible single person, a couple, or a family who will carefully inhabit our apartment during the rental period. Unfortunately, a shared flat is not possible according to the owner's specifications.
