1 room of 26m² in Zurich

We are looking for a person to rent one room (26m2) in our shared flat in the center of Zurich. The flat is located on the top floor (4th) of a historic building. It has a dishwasher, a washing machine, small elevator and a large, private terrace. The room will be unfurnished. You are: Nice, respectful and interesting person; around 33-40 years old. We are: Two people – a woman and a man – not a couple :) , 35 and 39 years old; we are social people but also live our own busy lives; looking very much forward to a friendly, open-minded person joining our flatshare.
