1 room of 17m² in Zurich

Hey! After 7 years, I am (sadly) moving out of the shared flat in Enge and looking therefore for my replacement. You will be living with my current flatmate - a software engineer working in robotics, in his 30s. He checks all the boxes of the ideal flatmate: friendly, respectful, tidy, easy going - making it even sadder for me to leave... And yes, I guess the room is not the cheapest one but with quite a lot of advantages: 1\. Best location in Zurich 2\. (very) close to the lake 3\. (very) big terrace 4\. (very) quiet: all the wall-separated neighbours are businesses and the windows face the inner yard 5\. (very) close to a 365day/year Migros and Enge station: you are in just some minutes at HB or the airport 6\. Best possible flatmate From you I would expect to be anywhere between 25 and 40, have a job or be a PhD student, be tidy and easy-going :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
