New housemate wanted for centrally located room apartment in Kreis 4. Its the perfect combination of peace and tranquility while being in the middle of Lochergut, Kalkbreite, Bäckeranlage and Langstrasse. So you have Lidl, Coop and Migros in 5min walking distance. The room is about 16m2 and unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with everything one might need: Theres a TV, a vaccum robot, a fully equipped kitchen with many tools and gadgets and two cute, fluffy cats. There is a small balcony and a rooftop. There is basement storage if needed. Laundry is shared with others in the building, but so far always free and easy to book. Rent is CHF , including all the utilities/wifi/insurances. I am Nadja, 31 y/o running logistics in a gelateria.(Yes, this means access to unlimited ice cream) I work monday to friday office hours and im often out throughout the week boxing, meeting friends or family or being in nature.
