Looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment (you and 3 others - 3 friendly Men all speaking English, 2 speaking German & 1 speaks Swiss German) \- 15m² private room in a stylish flat (Listed Living room!) \- Prime Seefeld location - Very close to Höschgasse tram stop with a Migros and Coop 30 seconds away \- 3-minute walk to the lake \- Private washing machine & dryer \- Can provide the bed if helpful \- Rent: c. 1,350CHF including most bills, cleaner every 2 weeks, and a shared pot for essential household items. c. 50 Chf each month for heating etc. \- Available immediately - looking for someone to take over my position as one of 3 main tenants, so please let me know in the message if you are willing to do this - otherwise I will ignore it.
