1 room of 86m² in Zurich

Hi, I’m Mahsa (30+, originally from Iran), a landscape scientist, and I’ve been living in Zurich for about 9 years. After two years together, my current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new, stable person to join my cosy home. About me: I enjoy cooking, taking care of my plants, and having a good laugh. I’m sociable and open-minded, and I like spending time with friends (mostly on weekends), while also valuing a calm and respectful atmosphere during the week. I have a busy and active life, but I appreciate occasional chats in the kitchen or a spontaneous shared meal. I enjoy doing sports (or pretend to!)…I play tennis, run and like long walks. Board games and music are also a part of my life. I speak English and Farsi, and I’m working on improving my German. I work from home (2, 3 days a week) and also at the office. My routine is fairly structured: I usually wake up around 6:00, start my day early, and go to bed around 22:00. The flat is clean, tidy, and feels like a peaceful home to me, and I’d like to keep it that way. I’m looking for a non-smoker, no pets, and someone who is generally mindful about their lifestyle (including food habits). You should be comfortable with basic household responsibilities and contribute to keeping the space in good shape and mood. Ideally, you’re in your 30s, have a stable routine and working hours, and are looking for a place to stay for at least a few months.
