1 room of 67m² in Zurich

Two rooms in our beautiful 4.5-room apartment in Zurich Höngg will become available from the end of July (3-person shared apartment). This listing is for the 12 m² room, available for 1'020 CHF per month. The other room is 9.5 m² room, available for 850 CHF per month. The apartment is just a five-minute walk from Meierhofplatz, with great public transport connections to ETH Hönggerberg, Altstetten or Zurich HB. At 115 m², the apartment is very spacious and filled with natural light thanks to its large windows. The open living and dining area provides plenty of space to relax or spend time together. There is a bathroom as well as a separate guest toilet. One of the apartment's highlights is its great view over the city, which is just as enjoyable during the day as it is at night. In summer, you also have access to a shared swimming pool and garden. Two of the three current flatmates (Samuel, Pjeter, and Gabriel) are moving in with their girlfriends in mid-July, so two of the three bedrooms will become available at the same time. You would be sharing the apartment with Gabriel (26) and one additional new flatmate (TBD). This is neither a purely functional flatshare nor a party flat. Everyone has their own routines and lifestyle, but it's always nice to spend time together from time to time. Guests are welcome as long as it's kept reasonable. We're looking for someone between 23 and 29 years old who enjoys a friendly and sociable living environment. While everyone has their own schedule and respects each other’s privacy, we like spending time together, whether it’s cooking, grabbing a drink, engange in free time activities, or simply catching up after the day. It’s a social and welcoming home. Guests are always welcome as long as it’s kept reasonable. I'm Gabriel (26) from South Tyrol, Italy. I speak German, English and Italian and recently started working as an energy engineer in Aarau. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and regularly play football, tennis, and other ball sports. I also love hiking, skiing and exploring new places around Switzerland. I'm always happy to join for free time activities, whetter it’s spending a day at the lake, grabbing a drink, cooking together, or heading off on a spontaneous weekend trip.
