The apartment is on the second floor of a very quiet yet centrally located and well-connected neighborhood. This is a fixed-term sublease agreement ending on January 31, 2027; the start date is to be agreed upon, since I still need to move out my belongings.It is a 4-minute walk to the Hirschwiesen stop (trams 10 or 14) and 8 minutes to Milchbuck/University Irchel (trams 10, 14, 7, 9; buses 69, 72, 83). Shops and amenities are a five-minute walk away; it is 10 minutes to ETH/UZH, 14 minutes to Zürich HB (main station), and 25 minutes to the airport. Sports facilities in the area include football fields, running tracks, and the Allenmoos outdoor swimming pool.The 115 m² apartment features a spacious entrance hall, a small kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and an espresso machine, separate toilet and bathroom facilities, a spacious living room, and a balcony. Free laundry facilities are available in the basement. The room is 16 m² and south-facing, ensuring natural light year-round. It comes with a white wardrobe belonging to the room, plus a couple of other furniture items that can be purchased by mutual agreement.We are looking for a single person with STABLE EMPLOYMENT who is willing to stay until January 2027. Renovation work on the building is scheduled for that time—though not yet confirmed—and there is a possibility of extending the contract.Flatmates: Pascal, 38, a chef (English/German), and Mamoud, 50, a chef (English, Spanish, Arabic).
