Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines kleinen Gebäudes (kein Lift, nur wenige Stufen) und bietet: \- Eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, hochwertigen Geräten sowie - Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung \- Ein gemeinsames Badezimmer \- Zwei kleine Balkone \- Zusätzliche gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine & Trockner im Gebäude \- Alle Kosten inklusive: Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet sowie regelmässige - Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen Die Wohnung besteht aus insgesamt drei Zimmern. Eine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus, weshalb wir eine Nachmieterin suchen. Die beiden aktuellen Mitbewohner sind: \- Matteo ist 25 Jahre alt, kommt aus Italien und arbeitet als AI Engineer bei einem Start-up. Er kocht und reist gerne und schätzt eine ruhige, respektvolle und ordentliche WG mit einer guten Balance zwischen gemeinsamem Austausch und Privatsphäre. \- Mattia ist 18 Jahre alt, kommt aus München und beginnt im September sein Bachelorstudium in Elektrotechnik an der ETH. Er ist unkompliziert, unternehmungslustig und ordentlich. In seiner Freizeit treibt er gerne Sport, reist und hört Musik. Wir suchen eine Person zwischen 22 und 30 Jahren, Nichtraucher, ordentlich und respektvoll, die eine angenehme und freundliche WG schätzt. Gelegentliche gemeinsame Essen oder Gespräche sind willkommen. \ ENGLISH VERSION A bright, fully furnished room (15 m2) is available in a quiet 3-bedroom shared apartment in Albisrieden (City of Zurich), just 1 minute from the Fellenbergstrasse tram/bus stop (Tram 3, Bus 67), 2 minutes from Coop, 3 minutes from Migros, and about 10 minutes from Uetliberg. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small building (no lift, only a few steps). It offers: \-A modern kitchen with dishwasher, high-quality appliances, a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment \- One shared bathroom \- Two small balconies \- Additional shared washing machine & dryer in the building \- All costs included: heating, water, electricity, internet, and regular cleaning of the common areas The apartment has three rooms in total. One roommate is moving out, and we are therefore looking for a new tenant. The two current flatmates are: \- Matteo is 25 years old, comes from Italy, and works as an AI Engineer at a start-up. He enjoys cooking and travelling and appreciates a calm, respectful, and tidy flatshare with a good balance between socialising and privacy. \- Mattia is 18 years old, comes from Munich, and will begin his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at ETH in September. He is easy-going, active, and tidy. In his free time, he enjoys sports, travelling and listening to music. We are looking for somebody aged 22–30, non-smoker, who is tidy and respectful and would enjoy a warm, friendly atmosphere. Occasional shared meals or conversations are welcome.
