1 room of 20m² in Zurich

We are a WG of five people living in a beautiful duplex 7.5-room apartment. One of our roommates is moving out, so her room will become available at the end of August (moving-in date is flexible). We are looking for someone between 25 and 35 years old who is already working. The room is located on the second floor and offers: * private bathroom* direct access to our private rooftop* lots of privacy, as it is the only bedroom on this floorThere is also an additional room on the same floor, which we use as a shared multi-purpose space with a sofa, desk and clothes drying area. It serves as an office, hobby room, small living room and a cozy retreat space. Our apartment offers plenty of space and comfort: * fully equipped kitchen* cleaning lady 1 or 2x per month* dining room and living room with fireplace* two balconies* huge private 180m² rooftop with fireplace* plenty of space for sports, hobbies, hosting friends or simply enjoying some quiet timeWe are located between the city and nature. The forest is just around the corner, while Oerlikon can be reached in around 10 minutes. Coop is only a 5-minute walk away. We appreciate a clean and organised home and are looking for someone who enjoys contributing to a cozy WG atmosphere. About us Iris is the roommate leaving, and Malin (CH), Lucas (GB), Agnese (IT) and Finn (GB) will stay. We are a colourful mix of people with different personalities, backgrounds and hobbies. Over the years, we have built a warm and familiar WG atmosphere. We enjoy spending time together and creating a home, not just sharing an apartment. We often do things spontaneously - having coffee on the rooftop, cooking together, chatting after work, celebrating birthdays and holidays, having movie nights or simply hanging out whenever we feel like it. At the same time, everyone has their own life, interests and routines. Because the apartment is spacious, there is always enough room to have privacy, relax and enjoy your own time. We are looking for someone who is not only looking for a room, but who also enjoys being part of a shared home and contributing to the WG atmosphere. The new roommate will share the main lease (Hauptmiete) together with two other roommates. A LITTLE MORE ABOUT US Malin (28) is a journalist with many different kinds of hobbies, including drawing, reading, hiking, swimming and travelling. She enjoys meaningful conversations, chatting with roommates, watching movies together or simply relaxing and doing something creative in her room. Agnese (27) works for Campari, organising large events. She is very social, open and energetic. She enjoys bringing people together, organising picnics, hiking, movie nights or simply sitting on the terrace with a coffee and enjoying the sun. Lucas (28) is a football enthusiast with a big passion for movies and music. He is open, communicative and often up for activities together. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, jogging, playing guitar or playing PlayStation with friends and exploring new places. He often spends time with his girlfriend in Solothurn. Finn (32) works at a forest school and enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, exploring new hobbies and having relaxed conversations with roommates.
