The Room & The Apartment We are renting out a bright, unfurnished 15m² room located on the 4th floor (elevator available). The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, a beautiful balcony to relax on, and a dishwasher. A huge plus: we have our own washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the flat. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with two other people. Location & Connection Perfect for students: The apartment is very well connected to public transport. There is a direct bus line to the HSG right outside the front door, getting you to campus in under 20 minutes. Availability & Flexibility • Available from: August 1st, 2026 • Move-in date: Flexible (anytime between August 1st and September 16th, 2026) • Rental period: Temporary lease until any end of month until July 31st, 2027.
