Ich suche einen Nachmieter/In ab August für meine 3-er WG (aktuell mit zwei jungen männlichen Mitbewohnern) drei Fussminuten vom Kloster und 10 Fussminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer ist direkt oberhalb der Mühleggbahn an einem Wasserfall gelegen und hat dadurch sehr schöne Aussicht und bleibt auch im Sommer kühl. Eine Abwaschmaschine ist vorhanden, Waschmaschine und Trockenraum werden mit anderen Wohnungen geteilt. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, das Zimmer nicht, allenfalls können einige Stücke übernommen werden. I am looking for a replacement tenant starting in August for my 3-person flatshare (currently with two young male roommates), located a three-minute walk from the monastery and a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room is situated directly above the Mühleggbahn next to a waterfall, which gives it a very beautiful view and keeps it cool even in summer. A dishwasher is available, while the washing machine and drying room are shared with other apartments. The apartment is furnished, but the room is not; however, a few pieces of furniture could potentially be taken over.
