1 room of 23m² in Winterthur

I'm renting my room at WOKO wg room in winterthur from until end of january or mid february (we can discuss the exact dates for your needs). You will be sharing the flat with 3 other guys all easy going good roommates. Kitchen is shared by 4 people meanwhile you will be sharing one Bathroom and one toilet with just one other person. There's a nice terrace to eat and enjoy during good weather, also a common party room share by whole dormitory to host events. Important notice !!! You have to be a student in canton Zurich to rent the place.(ETH,UZH,ZHAW)
