Hi everyone! 😊📍 The apartment is in a very central location:PLEASE MINIMUM ONE YEAR AND ANSWER IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HANDLE THE MAIN CONTRACT * buses 1, 2, 7, 8 and 11 stop directly downstairs * 15 minutes walking to the university* 5 minutes walking to Marktplatz* 10 minutes walking to Lidl* kiosks, kebab shops and other small stores are directly downstairs🏡 The apartment:* large living room with open kitchen* kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine* 4 flatmates in total* 1 main bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, sink and washing machine* 1 additional guest toilet with sink* apartment is on the 6th floor (no elevator)* no balconies* no pets🛏️ The rooms can stay furnished if desired.The furniture price is to be agreed with the current tenants (maximum around CHF 600).🧼 Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we are looking for people who also care about keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.We clean regularly in everyday life, and from time to time we organize weekly tasks for deeper cleaning, where everyone takes care of one area of the apartment.💡 Every two months we also split additional shared household costs such as electricity, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and other common household supplies.We would preferably like to live with other HSG students like us — respectful, friendly and reliable people who enjoy a calm, clean and easygoing flat atmosphere.Feel free to message us if you are interested , for more pictures or have any questions! 😊
