I'm looking for a flatmate! Starting from AUGUST 1st 2026. This is a temporary or permanent option. Depending on the option there will be an agreement for the furniture surcharge. The Apartment: Modern and furnished apartment. Second floor and really quiet. Equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a big dining area. Big balcony with table. You will have a room with a separate bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and a small space for washing machine and tumbler. Quite large cellar. Bike room. Car spot upon request. You will be living with me. I'm in my 30s and working in the footwear industry as a designer. Italian, energized, friendly, open and appreciate tidiness at a reasonable level. The Area: The flat is greatly located, 3 min from Bahnhof Wiedikon, close to most of the hyped places in Zürich. All basic access points like supermarkets, sports clubs etc are max within 10min. The Rent: CHF 1’750 per month including utilities.
