The room ca. 12mq, has a private balcony, with furniture (bed with mattress, closet) up for sale (300CHF).Rent is 1,280CHF, with a 2-month deposit required. A cleaning person is coming every 2 weeks (+60 CHF/month).You will be sharing the apartment with two flatmates in their late twenties, both English, French and German speakers, with jobs in finance and robotics.We're looking for someone around our age, with a stable income and an active lifestyle.
