Hello! 👋🏼, I (a 43-year old guy from the Netherlands) am looking for a male flatmate to join me in an awesome apartment in the most vibrant part of Zürich., The apartment has a 12m2 balcony with some fitness equipment, a small basement and a reasonably sized attic for storage., It has a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, a bathroom with laundry machine and dryer and a courtyard to park your bicycle or Harley Davidson., Containers for waste (garbage, paper, cardboard and organic waste) are in the courtyard, just outside the building., The apartment is situated above a bar, but because it’s on the second floor, noise is minimal (and a plus is that it allows you to simply roll up the stairs to be home after karaoke on Thursday evening). Your room is facing the quieter back side and is around 20m2., Lastly, the flat has awesome flatmates and the best landlord ever!, You don’t smoke or do drugs, have no pets and appreciate a clean apartment., Oh, and a passion for electronic music is a big plus :)
