1 chambre de 12m² dans Zurich

Hi Renting out a room, place is right next to the Sihlhölzli sports facilities. 5 minutes walk to wiedikon train station, large supermarkets within few minutes and 15 min walk to hb. The apartment is quite old and hasn't been renovated for a while, so bare in mind things are not flawless. The apartment is ~ 75 sqm on the first/2nd (not ground) floor, has 2 balconies, living room and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. One smaller balcony in the kitchen towards the inner courtyard and a larger one in the room for rent towards the street. Been living here for ~ 1 year The room is rented unfurnished / whatever's there atm, currently just some ikea drawers.The room also has access to the larger balcony with a table & some chairs, would appreicate if I can still use this from time to time:) I'm Adam, 29 and originally from sweden. Been here for ~ 4 years, working in a startup from ETH. I'm quite active and like to do all kinds of outdoor acitvities, sailing/biking/running in summer, skiing in winter and everything the city has to offer inbetween. This means I typically don't spend very much time at home, while at the same time I more or less cook food every day. Not looking for a roomate just for economical reasons but rather someone to have fun with, cook together every now and then, play board games and what not! Guessing there will be tons of applications so won't bother replying to auto msgs:)
