Hi!I am not in Zürich from 27-July until 1-October and am renting out my room.Details- The room is available to rent 27-July until 1-October- could maybe be extended into October or November- The room is furnished (see pictures) and includes . beamer, loudspeaker, bed, table, xbox (360, one, x), smart tv, ...- Utilities, WiFi and cleanin service (kitchen and bathroom, twice a month) is included in the total price; no additional cost- Smoking on the balcony only- Location is super central with many small caffees, restaurants, supermarkets around the corner- There is even a 24/7 mini supermarket next to the apartment- 2 train / sbahn stations are within 100m from the apartment- Your roommates are Ron (~40), Nico (~35)- Your roommates (and I) are all working at the university, bakery and consulting firm and generally super relaxed- We like to sometimes grab a coffee together or go for a swim (there are cool and free swimming locations nearby)- You can also rent / use my bike if you want, its a canyon gravel bike (size M I think)- We speak german and englishLet me know if you are interested, we can work out the details on the phone or in person.Greetings,David
