The room is available for a fixed period of 6 months (until the end of January 2027). The absolute highlight: Freshly renovated & top location! Right before move-in, the entire apartment is being completely repainted, and the hardwood floors are being freshly resurfaced/sealed – so you will be moving into an absolutely fresh and spotless home! The location in District 9 (Albisriederstrasse) is unbeatable: * Public Transport: Tram 3 is just a 3-minute walk away and takes you directly to Zurich Main Station (HB) in 14 minutes.* Wiedikon: You can reach vibrant Wiedikon in just 5 minutes by bike.* Shopping: Coop and Migros are within a 5-minute walk, and an Aldi is just 5 minutes away by bike.About your flatmate (me) & the living situation: I know this apartment inside out: I previously lived here for five years with my best friend. When her boyfriend moved in, I moved out—and now I am finally returning to this amazing place!
