To rent the room, you need to be a student or intern earning less than 30k CHF per year, to meet the JUWO criteria. The flat has a great location. It is within 3min distance from Bahnhof Altstetten, with direct connections to both ZHdK and ETH Höngg, as well as HB. You can also find multiple choices of grocery stores and restaurants all within 3 - 10min walking distance. At the moment the room is furnished with 1 single bed (200 X 90), 1 long desk table (200 X 60) with a drawer (36 X 60), 1 wardrobe (100 X 60), and curtains. The furniture is offered to be taken over by the new tenant. The shared area includes a living room, the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a WC. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished. The laundry room is shared with the entire building, but the use of machine is freely scheduled and free of charge. The flat is currently shared with 4 other students between 23 - 28.
