1 chambre de 59m² dans Zurich

Hey guys, I'm looking to rent my room for the summer holidays from 14th-15th July to 10th-11th August.The room is small, but very bright, quiet and cosy. The flat is big enough for you to have enough space in/around the house.Witikon is very green and quiet, mainly families and elderly people live here, no noise at all.On the main street there's a Coop, Migros, Aldi and Denner.The bus 31 stop is 1 min from the house and it takes you to Kunsthaus and Neumarkt in 20 min, to Langstrasse in 30min. There're 1 or 2 night buses during the weekend.It's 4 of us in the house, one girl will be away till the beginning of August and the other 2 guys, around their 30's, will be home mainly during the evening, but sometimes we don't see each other for days, and they may also go away for a few days in the time you'll be here.I'm looking for someone that can respect common spaces and knows how to share with others and wash dishes properly, apparently people don't know..😅 but yeah, someone with common sense who can clean after him/herself basically.No WiFi as we all have unlimited data (I pay 25chf per month with my plan)Oh, and the Alps view and the red sunsets from our balcony are definitely a plus.I think it's everything, let me know in case I forgot something.Have a good one!
