We're looking for a friendly, tidy, and considerate flatmate to join our lovely 2-bedroom flatshare in Wiedikon. You’ll be sharing the flat with Sarah (26), an early-career professional who enjoys an active lifestyle. Outside of work, she loves cycling, running, and ski touring, and is always up for the occasional shared dinner, coffee, or chat while still appreciating everyone's personal space and independence. We're hoping to find a like-minded working professional, ideally aged 25–35, who is looking for a home rather than just a room. One of the apartment's unique features is that it's the only residential flat in the building. The other spaces are occupied by architecture and sustainability firms, making the building virtually empty on weekends. There is a private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer & basement storage room included. Bedroom furniture is to be taken over from the current tenant. We're looking for someone who values a clean, respectful, and welcoming living environment and enjoys a good balance of sociability and independence.
