1 Zimmer von 63m² in Zürich

Since I’m moving to Bern for my studies, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our WG. The room is very spacious, gets lots of natural sunlight, and has a cute balcony overlooking the beautiful forest. The flat is shared with two other people (21w and 35m). They speak English, German, and Spanish. The apartment has a large kitchen with a sofa, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a hallway with a dining table (since there is no separate living room). There is also a laundry room, a bike room, and a basement. The area is very quiet and peaceful, but still well connected to the city. The nearest tram stop is just a 4-minute walk away (tram lines 7 and 9), and the bus stop is 3 minutes away (bus 75). You can reach Zürich HB in around 15 minutes and Oerlikon train station in about 5 minutes. Uni Irchel, shops, gyms, and other amenities are all reachable within around 10 minutes by bike. Since my flatmate, who is the main tenant, will probably move out next year, there might also be an opportunity to take over his lease in the future.
