Wir vermieten ein helles Zimmer (ca. 18 m²) mit eigenem Balkon in unserer wunderschönen WG im Seefeld. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem charmanten Altbau mit hohen Decken und stilvollen Stuckaturen. Insgesamt umfasst sie rund 120 m² mit 5 Zimmern und ist sehr lichtdurchflutet. Zur Ausstattung gehören zwei Badezimmer, ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive eigener Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Zusätzlich bietet die Wohnung einen separaten Liftzugang direkt in die Wohnung, einen Dachstock sowie einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Wir sind eine internationale WG (US/FR/GER), alle in unseren 30ern, und arbeiten in unterschiedlichen Bereichen (Start-up, Physik, Fitness). Uns ist ein sauberes Zuhause sowie ein offenes, respektvolles und vertrauensvolles Zusammenleben besonders wichtig. We are looking for a new flatmate for a bright and spacious room (approx. 18 m²) with its own private balcony in our beautiful shared apartment in Seefeld. The apartment is located in a charming historic building featuring high ceilings and elegant stucco details. It offers approximately 120 m² of living space across 5 rooms and is filled with natural light. The apartment includes two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with its own washing machine and dryer. Additional features include a private elevator with direct access to the apartment, attic storage, and a secure bicycle storage room. We are an international shared household (US/FR/GER), all in our 30s, working in a variety of fields including a start-up, physics, and fitness.
