Deutsch: Zur Zwischenmiete vom bis wird ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer (17 m^2) in unserer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 94 m^2) in Zürich-Affoltern frei, mit der Option, das Zimmer nach Ablauf der Zwischenmiete zu übernehmen. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG und wird ausschliesslich möbliert vermietet. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Bett inklusive Headboard, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderschrank, Schuhregal und Sideboard. Die Möbel bleiben während der Mietdauer im Zimmer und können nicht entfernt werden. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Dominik (25, Student) und Noel (24, Student). Gemeinsam genutzt werden die Küche, das Badezimmer sowie das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Im Haus stehen zudem ein Waschkeller und ein Kellerabteil zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Kosten: Die Miete beträgt CHF 825 pro Monat. Hinzu kommen anteilige Kosten für Strom und Internet von ca. CHF 25.– pro Monat, die separat abgerechnet werden. Die Kaution beträgt CHF 2’330.–. The room is located on the 1st floor and is rented fully furnished only. The furnishings include a bed with headboard, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, shoe rack, and sideboard. The furniture stays in the room for the duration of the tenancy and cannot be removed. You'll share the apartment with Dominik (25, student) and Noel (24, student). The kitchen, bathroom, and the cozy living room with balcony are shared. A laundry room and a storage cellar compartment in the building are also available for shared use.
