Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG und wird ausschliesslich möbliert vermietet. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Bett inklusive Headboard, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderschrank, Schuhregal und Sideboard. Die Möbel bleiben während der Mietdauer im Zimmer und können nicht entfernt werden. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Dominik (25, Student) und Noel (24, Student). Gemeinsam genutzt werden die Küche, das Badezimmer sowie das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Im Haus stehen zudem ein Waschkeller und ein Kellerabteil zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
