Hoi zusammen, Ich ziehe leider in eine grössere Wohnung um und suche daher einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in unserer WG.Du würdest mit Noah (28, arbeitet im Marketing) und Onur (30, macht aktuell seinen PhD in Psychologie) zusammenwohnen. Beide sind sehr entspannt, machen gerne Sport und schätzen ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben – alles kann, nichts muss.Die Wohnung hat einige Highlights: eine helle, grosszügige Wohnküche, zwei Badezimmer, eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler im Keller sowie ein Kellerabteil mit viel Stauraum. Besonders schön ist auch der Balkon mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen und Blick auf den Uetliberg.Die Lage ist top: Supermärkte sind in 1–3 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso Cafés sowie Tram- und Bushaltestellen. Den Hauptbahnhof erreichst du in etwa 8 Minuten.Die Möbel im Zimmer sollen übernommen werden: ein 1.60 x 2.00 m Bett (inkl. Matratze und Lattenrost) sowie ein Kleiderschrank. Both are very easygoing, enjoy sports, and appreciate a relaxed flat share – everything is possible, nothing is a must.The apartment has some great highlights: a bright and spacious kitchen/living area, two bathrooms, a private washing machine and dryer in the basement, and a storage room with plenty of space. A special bonus is the balcony with beautiful sunsets and a view of the Uetliberg.The location is excellent: supermarkets are just 1–3 minutes away, as well as cafés and tram/bus stops.
