A room is becoming available in our apartment at Burstwiesenstrasse 69, 8055 Zurich, in the Wiedikon/Triemli area, on AUGUST 1ST! Please only text me if you are interested in moving in from this date :) The apartment is well connected by tram lines 9 and 14 (stops: Schaufelbergerstrasse and Heuried) and bus line 89 (Schaufelbergerstrasse stop). The Triemli stop, where bus 80 departs, is about a 10-minute walk away (or just one tram stop). The room is 9 m² and will be available from August 1st, 2026. It is unfurnished, except for a wardrobe (the photos showing furniture are only to give an idea of the current setup). The apartment is very spacious and includes: * A separate kitchen * Two bathrooms * A small balcony * A spacious living room * 3 bedrooms in total There is a Denner Discount just a 1-minute walk away, and a large Migros, Coop, and Aldi within a 6–7 minute walk.
